Warranty
Suncoast provides a 15 year warranty on frames and a 5 year warranty on vinyl straps and frame finishes.

 Quality Materials - Platinum BondTM Finish
Every Suncost frame is prepared using our exclusive Platinum BondTM finish process consisting of two complete coatings of polyester powder. This finish will not rust or peel and is warranted for 5 years residential use. Platinum BondTM is three times thicker than paint and many times more durable.

 Quality Materials - Cast Aluminum Swivel Mechanism & Stainless Steel Hardware
Suncoast uses two fiberglass springs attached to a cast aluminum mechanism to provide a smooth rocking motion. Aluminum doesn't rust. Additionally, Suncoast uses only stainless steel nuts and bolts where movement is desired, as in chaise lounges and gliders. Stainless steel will never rust or become wobbly like other soft metal fasteners.

Comfort is designed into every Suncoast Frame
Examine our designs and you will find a gentle curve in each chair back. Each piece is ergonomically designed to provide both lumbar and should support to provide extremely comfortable seating.

Comfort Suncoast cushions
Suncoast cushions are constructed with thermal bonded polyester fiber to provide maximum comfort, firmness and resilience. Only the highest quality materials available in the U.S.A. are used in the sewing and construction

Suncoast has four distinctive seating styles: Cushions, slings, basket weave and straps. All styles are designed to provide individualized comfort to suit a wide variety of preferences.

Comfortable strap spacing
Suncoast uses 11 straps on the high back chair - the most in the industry. The placement and increased number of straps provide unsurpassed comfort. Suncoast uses 2 inch wide x 1/8 inch thick, 100% virgin vinyl straps with added ultraviolet stabilizers and mildew inhibitors. This means longer lasting colors and greater mildew resistance

Durability is built into every frame
Suncoast uses all aluminum frames, built to last. Unlike many other manufacturers, we use heavy gauge extrusions in special configurations to increase strength and enhance the design.

Durable heli arc 360 degree weld
All Suncoast frames are hand welded with our special heli arc equipment. All welds are full circumference. Our extra efforts ensure years of carefree enjoyment of your furniture.

Double wrap vinyl straps
Each Suncoast strap is permanently held in place by nylon rivets covered by a full double wrap of strap at each end. Double wrap strapping eliminates strap pull out.

Welding & finishing of tables rims
Feel the smoothness of our table rim all the way around! You won't find any unfinished or unsightly welds, nor will you find Suncoast's rims held together by weak nuts and bolts.

Double sewn slings
Double stitched slings not only lock together the outer vinyl jacket of each fabric strand, but also lock the inner acrylic core, making Suncoast slings more durable and longer lasting.
